TORONTO, ON, July 17, 2008 - CPU2 Reaches 1.6 million hour runtime milestone

The lightweight embedded application designed exclusively for hydrogen electrolyzer control has passed a signifigant runtime milestone.

Even with significant changes to the gas flow control algorithms made in the last two quarters, the over the air software bootstrap loader was able to deliver the changed code to the live systems on heavy trucks in a timely manner.

"This validates the approach we have taken with our choices of PIC 18 processor and FreeRTOS used in this project. The system is very lightweight without compromising any required functionality." comments Ron Waicus, LX Project Manager.
